"Kunsten Å Kriga" is the second offering from Norwegian garage rock project Kåte Klør. Recorded over two weeks in 2022 the album deals with the struggles of post-pandemic life. Going through the motions of a bleak existence where meaning is not something to be found, it´s something you have to fight for.

Speaking about the album Harestad has said:

"It´s an album that had to fight its way into being an album. There was no preassure to release it and I went back and forth if I should release it at all, but I´m glad I did. I was so stoked when I made it, but the way I made it lends itself to immediate release, which I couldn´t afford. I had make the money first to afford mixing and mastering. Vinyl? Forget it, I´d rather eat first. Sitting on the record made me somewhat depressed and I started to believe I should do better, that I should post-pone it and just do something else. But, everytime I had made a decision to just release them as singles or an EP, I got a weird feeling. Like, when you know you should quit your job and then you don´t but still that gnawing feeling of not really listening to yourself is getting to you? It was like that. The album sort of kept bugging me, saying: release me. I´m so glad I did. It feels amazing.

Ten new tracks filled to the brim with tension, loudness, fuzz, simple drum patterns, pure garage rock rage. It´s all yours now.
